Research TLDR

The idea of being far from home, confined on a dessert planet with limited people around can cause psychological stress and strain.

Which can cause anxiety, depression and acute psychosis in astraunauts.

To keep themselves mentally healthy, they have to break the pattern of monotony and boredom. This challenge can be tackled by our primal need to exploration, love and belonging.

Qualitative research with scientists.
